Storage Fees:
After you purchase an item you can leave it at our store up to two weeks. After two weeks a $20 a weekly storage fee applies. If an item is left in our store for over 2 months, the item and any payments are forfeited. We cannot be responsible for any damage to products left in our store.
Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please check your items carefully. We are a surplus, salvage store. Please measure carefully before you purchase.

Sometimes we can build or order an item that you need. If we do this for you please check your order information carefully. All sales are final. Please note that we are building a product out of surplus and salvage items for you unless we state we are ordering a new product for you.
